No, we do not offer open gym access. As a personal training-focused facility, all training is done through scheduled sessions. If you want flexibility, our Hybrid Training program provides customized workouts you can do on your own to complement the training you do at our facility!

We specialize in personal training, small group personal training, and hybrid training. We also offer specialty programs like Legends (for older adults) and Weekend Warrior (for active individuals looking to build strength and endurance).

While we don’t offer large group classes, our Small Group Personal Training provides individualized workouts in a semi-private setting (1-3 people), allowing for personal attention and progress tracking.

Our Hybrid Training program  combines in-person coaching with structured, independent workouts. You’ll meet with a coach once per week for form checks and adjustments, and you’ll receive a customized training plan to follow on your own.

Yes! We provide nutrition guidance as an add-on to our training programs. All members receive a free nutrition plan, and one-on-one nutrition coaching is available for those who need extra support.

We’re located at 3170 Draper Drive, Unit 9, Fairfax, VA, near Draper Park and Fairfax Circle. We’re also close to the Harley-Davidson dealership, making us easy to find. Free parking is available.

Yes! We offer a free intro to discuss your fitness goals and help determine the best program for you. After that, we schedule an in-person evaluation so you can meet your coach and experience the gym before committing.
