Our consultations are designed to be simple, precise, welcoming, and supportive. In fact, our goal is that you don’t leave without a clear vision of what it will take to make your aspirations come true. If you do, our personal trainer hasn’t finished their job.

Getting Started: Finding Our Facility
Our facility can be a bit tricky to find on your first visit. We are housed within SAPT, which is on the backside of the warehouse that your GPS will bring you to. The address is 3170 Draper Dr. Unit 9, Fairfax Va. 22031.
You can park in any of the SAPT spots in front of the facility. If those are full, there is additional parking next to the dumpster, plenty of street parking on Beech Drive, and even more parking available in Draper Park, which is right next to our facility. I have a map detailing this below:

What to Expect When You Arrive
When you arrive for your consultation, you’ll be greeted by the personal trainer who will be guiding you through the process. They’ll give you a quick tour of our facility, introducing you to our personal training environment. Depending on the time of your visit, you might even get a chance to meet other members of our staff, including Coach Bean
Once you’re comfortable, you’ll sit down with your personal trainer for an in-depth conversation about your fitness journey.
Diving Into Your Goals and Needs
This conversation is the heart of the consultation. Your personal trainer will take the time to:
- Understand your aspirations: What are your specific fitness goals? What do you hope to achieve?
- Review your fitness history: What have you tried in the past? What worked? What didn’t work?
- Assess your willingness to commit: Are you ready to dedicate the time and effort needed to reach your goals?
- Identify limitations and obstacles: What challenges have you faced or are you currently facing that might hinder your progress?
- Brainstorm solutions: How can we work together to overcome those challenges and set you up for success?
Determining the Right Fit
The consultation is a two-way street. It’s not just about you learning about us; it’s also about us ensuring that our services are the right fit for you. We’ll assess:
- Can we effectively address your limitations? Do we have the proper scope and resources to help you overcome any obstacles you’re facing?
- Does your schedule align with our training availability? Can we find convenient times for you to train?
- Are your goals and training preferences a good fit for our approach? Do you share our philosophy on fitness and training?
In the end, we want to make sure that we can do right by you. If we beleive that we can help make your goals a reality, we will offer to tell you how. We’ll discuss our relevant services, their price points and see if you are eligible to save as much as 30% when working with us.
If we feel that your needs are out of our scope, then we will point you in the right direction and help you to move forward regardless.
