Mohammed (Moe) Alhassan
Personal Trainer & Performance Specialist
Meet Moe, our resident Performance Coach hailing from George Mason University! With a passion for coaching and a knack for unleashing the inner athlete in everyone, Moe is not your average personal trainer.
Moe has been in various Coaching roles since the ripe age of 18 years old. It was then that he began volunteering as an intern at various Strength & Conditioning Sites and also started assisting with the Marshal Wrestling program. He fell in love with helping people to better themselves through getting physically and mentally stronger and decided to pursue it as a career.
Moe is currently finishing up his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at George Mason University and intends to get his Masters, but he doesn't plan on stopping his education there. Moe understands that the best way to help his clients and athletes to achieve higher levels of health and performance is to keep them healthy and resilient as they train and compete. To give himself the best tools to accomplish this, Moe also plans on attending Physical Therapy School so that he can help his athletes from bedside to sideline.
But don't let the studious side fool you – Moe knows how to bring the fun into fitness. With endless creativity, enthusiasm, and a dash of humor, every session feels less like a workout and more like a victory lap. Moe likes to keep his clients pushing boundaries and embracing new challenges while also prioritizing health, fun, and sustainability. If you get the privilege to work with him, be prepared to smile through the sweat.
In his free time, Moe can be found studying chess, cliff diving and drooling over a saucy rack of ribs. He also has a passion for cars, but his absolute pet peeve is when someone drives slowly in the left lane (all too common in the Northern Virginia area).
