Training

  • Personal Training

    We make sure to keep the Person as the priority in Personal Training. Your Trainer will completely design the whole experience to your needs, goals, and tastes to ensure that the entire process works for you and your body.

  • Partner Training

    Partner Training is built completely around you and your workout partner, but with you both sharing the attention of one Trainer. You can count on more games and friendly competition to keep you engaged and motivated.

  • Online Training

    Get a personalized plan and feedback, but also the flexibility to train where and when you want. As with all our other services, everything is completely customized to you to help you feel supported and confident through the entire process: The evaluation, training plan, form checks, check-ins, progress tracking, and more.

  • Hybrid Training

    A combination of Personal and Online Training. This gives the best of both worlds and allows for you to get a more comprehensive plan to do mostly on your own while still experiencing the accountability and personalized feedback of Personal Training.

Nutrition

  • Nutrition Coaching

    It’s one thing to know what we should eat, it’s a whole different beast to actually make it happen. This is where Nutrition Coaching comes in. Your Nutrition Coach will work with you to build your habits, lifestyle, and mindset around food so that you can overcome your personal obstacles, redefine your relationship with food, and improve your health.

  • Nutrition Consultation

    Sometimes we just need a better understanding of how to make our Nutrition work for our goals. With a Nutrition Consultation, you and one of our Nutrition Coaches will sit down for an hour to discuss exactly that. You will be provided with a Nutrition Plan and some homework to be completed prior to the Consultation, and then you and your Coach will go over your specific nutritional needs, what foods would be best to fit those needs, and how to make it work for your current circumstance.
